Caused by construction work of skim-coated surface or plaster ceiling
STEP 1 (Surface preparation)
– Remove the powdery materials complete by wiping with wet cloth.
– Allow the surface to dry completely before painting.
STEP 2 (Paint one coat of sealer)
STEP 3 ( Paint two coats of any topcoat below according to your needs)
